We want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are in original condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, you will receive an email with your store credit code to use on your next purchase.
